Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• 2. Files for submission are available in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice or RTF format (provided they do not exceed 2MB).
• 3. URLs for references were provided when available.
• 4. The text is in double space, in 12 pt font, in italic instead of underlining (except URL addresses); the figures and tables are inserted in the text, not at the end of the document in the form of attachments.
• 6. No fees will be charged to authors for submitting articles.
• 7. Manuscripts are initially assessed by members of the editorial team and those considered adequate are submitted to the technical opinion of at least two external reviewers, selected among the members of the Scientific Board of the RPEA.
• 8. The revision is made anonymously, and the reviewers may propose rejection, acceptance without modification or propose changes of content or form and the publication of the article shall depend on their appraisal.
• 9. In the case of submission to a peer-reviewed section (eg. articles), the instructions available under Securing the Blind Peer Review were followed.
• 10. The author(s) maintain(s) the copyright of their work, which allows them to publish part or all of their article in a book, with the necessary reference to the publication of the article; use images, tables and texts of their article in other works written by the author(s), with the necessary reference to the publication of the article; include their article in compilations of texts for teaching, whenever they are distributed free of charge by the students or made available in computerized form of free access, for the purpose of teaching or training.
• 5. The text follows the standard style and bibliographic requirements described in Instructions to the Authors.
• 1. There is a policy of screening for plagiarism, and the contribution must be original and unpublished, and not evaluated for publication by another journal; otherwise, it should be pointed out as "Comments to the editor".
