This article investigates the problematization between dance and writing, focusing on scenic dance in the city of Bento Gonçalves and its records preserved in the municipal museum. It also proposes a reflection on the understanding of a possible overflow of language by exploring possibilities regarding different proposals and modes of inscription in scenic dance writing as an archive. In its corpus, the study presents a set of reflections on language, dance, writing, and heritage with the aim of introducing other understandings about forms of inscription in dance writing and about dance as an archive.
